(1) The local body, voluntary organization or community organization conducting the plan shall submit its progress report to the fund every quarter and annually in the format determined by the fund.
(2) In the report according to sub-rule (1), the state of implementation of the plan, achievements, problems and difficulties encountered in implementing the plan and the details specified by the fund should be disclosed.
